Brandon Pettigrew is probable for Week 7 against the Bears. We break down the fantasy implications.
Detroit Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew (knee) is officially listed as probable for Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. Pettigrew was limited in practice all week, but is fully expected to play Monday with no setbacks.
Pettigrew has 26 catches for 261 yards and one TD on the season.
Fantasy Impact: There shouldn't be anything to worry about here. Pettigrew is Matt Stafford's second-favorite target behind only Megatron, and will always be a big part of Detroit's offense. He's certainly more reliable than Nate Burleson or Titus Young.
Pettigrew has a tough fantasy matchup against the Bears' stout defense, but fantasy owners can still slot him in as a low-end TE1. He should be starting in most leagues.
