Vick Ballard looked a little bit in Week 7. Should fantasy owners feel comfortable starting him while Brown is out?

Vick Ballard finally made a splash on Sunday with 84 yards on 20 carries against the Browns. He added a 19-yard catch on his only target in the win, as well.

Ballard had just 25 yards in his first career NFL start against the Jets last week. He will resume the starting role until Donald Brown can return from his minor knee surgery.

Fantasy Impact: The Browns ranked 25th against the run and the Colts tried to take advantage by rushing the ball 37 times on Sunday. Delone Carter also saw 11 carries and turned it into 41 yards.

The Colts get a very friendly matchup against the Titans on Sunday, which could make Ballard a possible RB2. Although, be on the lookout for Donald Brown news should be beat his timetable.
