Thomas Campbell-US PRESSWIRE
Owen Daniels had a big part in the Texans' rout over Baltimore. We break down the fantasy implications.
Houston Texans TE Owen Daniels was on track for a career day before slowing down. Against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7, Daniels hauled in seven catches on 10 targets for 59 yards and one TD. Nearly all of Daniels' production came in the first half, where he helped the Texans take a huge 29-3 lead at halftime.
Daniels was quiet in the second half as Houston killed the clock to win 43-13.
Fantasy Impact: Daniels continues his breakout season with arguably his best game of the year. If not for a couple uncharacteristic drops, his numbers would've been even better.
Daniels is a safe TE1 now. He and the Texans get a bye in Week 8 before facing the "vaunted" Bills defense. Start him in all leagues and formats.
