Andy Dalton struggles on Sunday night, fantasy numbers suffer

Andy Lyons

Andy Dalton couldn't get much going through the air against the Steelers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Andy Dalton and the Bengals offense only totaled 185 yards against the Steelers in Week 7. Dalton completed 14 of 28 passes for just 105 yards, one touchdown and a pick on his lackluster night.

Dalton hasn't finished with a yardage total this low since his first game in the NFL.

Fantasy Impact: The Steelers rank fourth overall against the pass this season, so Dalton having a subpar performance wasn't a complete surprise. However, his owners surely didn't expect this poor of an outing.

Cincinnati will have a week off after this loss to regroup. Hopefully Dalton can get back on track with his receiving corps when they take on the Broncos in Week 9.
