Bruce Kluckhohn-US PRESSWIRE

Arian Foster, Ray Rice, Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller and BenJarvus Green-Ellis are all on bye week in Week 8. Check out the best waiver wire running backs for this week to fill the vacancy in your fantasy lineup.

If you drafted in the top three of your fantasy league, chances are there will be a massive hole in your lineup at running back in Week 8.

The Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans are among the teams on their bye weeks in Week 8, leaving Ray Rice and Arian Foster owners out to dry. The Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills are also on bye week, meaning Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller and BenJarvus Green-Ellis will all need to be replaced in your lineups.

The waiver wire has a few quality options this week for those owners in need. Check out the best waiver wire options for Week 8 below.

Rashad Jennings, Jacksonville Jaguars (at Green Bay)

Maurice Jones-Drew left Sunday's game after injuring his foot on just his second carry of the day. The Jaguars are fearing that MJD may have a lisfranc injury, which would likely end his season. Jennings will take over as the lead back. He accumulated close to 100 total yards on Sunday and a touchdown and should be a solid option going forward.

LaRod Stephens-Howling, Arizona Cardinals (at San Francisco)

LaRod Stephens-Howling is the new hot hand in the Arizona backfield after William Powell was benched for fumbling. Stephens-Howling inexplicably ran for more than 100 yards on a Vikings defense that has shut down most running backs this season.

Jonathan Dwyer, Pittsburgh Steelers (at Washington)

After an uneventful start to the season, Jonathan Dwyer was deactivated to make room for the return of Rashard Mendenhall. But injuries to Mendenhall and his backup, Isaac Redman, gave Dwyer another crack at the starting gig, and he didn't disappoint, rushing for more than 120 yards. Mendenhall's Achilles injury seems to be more serious than the Steelers are letting on, so Dwyer could have some long-term value.
