Aaron Rodgers still on the injury report: Fantasy Implications

Scott Kane-US PRESSWIRE

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was again on the team's injury report. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Aaron Rodgers was listed on the team's injury report this week, still dealing with a sore calf. This injury goes back to last week, but hardly affected Rodgers' dominant performance versus the St. Louis Rams in Week 7. Rodgers is not in any danger of missing time soon.

This weekend, the Packers will play the Jacksonville Jaguars, in which the Rodgers should be expected to start. Look for Rodgers and the Pack to continue their hot streak.

Fantasy Analysis: Rodgers was listed with a calf injury before but it has not kept it out of games. He also managed to escape last game without straining the injury further. Against the Jaguars this Sunday, Aaron Rodgers will be a must-start for fantasy owners.

Each and every week, Rodgers needs to be in your lineup. He is a threat to rack up yards and touchdowns against any given opponent. With a weak Jags team on the horizon, count on Rodgers for a nice point total in Week 8.
