According to NFL Network's Albert Breer, New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez did not travel with the team for the annual London game against the St. Louis Rams. This means that he will definitely not play this week.
Hernandez sat out Thursday's practice after being limited Wednesday, suggesting that he suffered a setback in his ankle sprain. He has missed four games this season with the injury.
Fantasy Impact: Time to pull him from your fantasy lineups quickly. The Pats have a bye in Week 9, so they're likely taking it easy with Hernandez and giving him a couple more weeks to get back to 100%.
This is bad news for Hernandez owners, but great news for Rob Gronkowski owners, as he should see even more targets his way.
