New York Jets RB Bilal Powell (shoulder) missed another practice Friday and is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Powell hasn't played since dislocating his shoulder in Week 6 vs. the Colts. There is no timetable for his return.
Powell has just 131 rushing yards on 34 carries and zero TDs as the main backup to Shonn Greene.
Fantasy Impact: Powell had some minor sleeper hype back when Greene was struggling mightily, but Greene has come on strongly the past few weeks, while Powell is...well, injured. There's a small chance of him suiting up, but it seems extremely unlikely.
I wouldn't expect Powell back until Week 9 or 10 at best, and he's still unlikely to steal carries away from Greene. Fantasy owners can drop him.
