Donald Brown is active for Sunday's game between the Colts and the Titans. We break down the fantasy implications.
Donald Brown is active for Sunday's game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans, Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports. Brown missed the last two games with a knee injury suffered in Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers.
Brown was considered a game-time decision despite being a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday. It is unclear what kind of workload he will receive alongside Vick Ballard.
Fantasy Impact: Brown will see snaps if extremely desperate fantasy owners need to start him this week. If you can avoid it, you're better off staying away from the running back for now. There may be some rust to shake off, and Ballard may still handle most of the rushing load.
It's too bad Brown's status is so uncertain, because the Titans are an enticing matchup. They are giving up 134.7 yards rushing per game at 4.3 yards per carry on the season.
