Matt Forte got 94 total yards in the Bears' Week 8 win. We break down the fantasy implications.
Chicago Bears RB Matt Forte found the endzone for the second time this season. Against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8, Forte had 15 carries for 70 yards and a TD, and added five receptions for 24 yards. He got the bulk of his yards and his score in the first half, but was later phased out as the Bears used passing to mount a comeback.
The Bears went on to win 23-22.
Fantasy Impact: Not much to add here. Forte had a nice day, he should be starting in all fantasy leagues, and fantasy owners should be very happy with his production.
His injury troubles seem to be behind him, and Forte has a juicy matchup against the Titans in Week 9.
