Shonn Greene was the leader in yards from scrimmage for the Jets. Does he still hold enough value in their weak offense?
Shonn Greene led the team in yards from scrimmage with his 15 carries for 77 yards and two catches for 29 yards. He did not score.
Greene brings his season rushing totals to 509 yards on 139 carries. His TD total remains at five after today.
Fantasy Impact: Greene came in hot with four TDs in his last two games, but the ineptitude of the Jets and their offense is the story here. Interestingly, the Jets had a productive day on the ground against the Dolphins by averaging 5.0 yards per carry. The Fish had been leading the league with a 3.3 YPC, so this comes as a surprise.
Greene is the last man left standing and has been better in the past month. He should still be viewed as a sell-high guy.
