Dwayne Bowe put up mediocre numbers in Week 8. We break down the fantasy implications.
Dwayne Bowe caught just three passes for 65 yards on six targets in Week 8 against the Raiders. Matt Cassel took over at quarterback for the injured Brady Quinn, but it still didn't make much of a difference for Bowe's numbers.
With the Chiefs offense in shambles these days, it's easy to see why Bowe wants out of Kansas City.
Fantasy Impact: With Cassel or Quinn throwing to him, you can't really expect Bowe to take over any game. He hasn't scored in three games now, and his frustration with the team likely is helping that matter.
You can probably expect more production next week against the Chargers, but this team doesn't look like it's getting back on track anytime soon, so temper your expectations.
