Michael Turner couldn't get it going on the ground in Week 8. We break down the fantasy implications.
Michael Turner carried the ball 24 times for 58 yards against the Eagles in Week 8, averaging just 2.4 yards per carry on the afternoon. He had a long of 11 yards, but aside from that, didn't do much to stand out.
The Falcons passing game picked up the slack while the rushing attack stalled. Turner is getting plenty of work, but isn't producing much in the process.
Fantasy Impact: Turner seemed disgruntled about his workload before the bye, so it appears the Falcons were doing all they could to keep him happy this time around. It didn't make much of a difference, though, as the Eagles run defense keep him in check.
Next week he'll go up against a Cowboys defense that held Ahmad Bradshaw to 3.5 yards per carry. It's tough to sit Turner, but you may want to go with another option in your lineup if you can.
