Stephen Dunn
The Arizona Cardinals' running game was brutal on Monday Night Football, and thus, Larod Stephens-Howling was one of the fantasy duds of the week.
Arizona Cardinals running back LaRod Stephens-Howling delivered a disappointing fantasy performance on Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers. Stephens-Howling carried the ball eight times for a grand total of 6 yards. He added three catches for 32 yards, though, to save some face.
Stephens-Howling was a popular waiver-wire addition this week, but the 49ers' defense completely shut him down.
Fantasy Impact: It's tough to trust any Cardinals running back due to sporadic work loads and terrible offensive-line play.
Stephens-Howling did get more snaps than William Powell, who didn't touch the football. But still, neither running back will be much of a consistent factor in fantasy football for the rest of the season.
