Peyton Hillis injury: Fantasy value falling with yet another missed practce

Timothy T. Ludwig-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Peyton Hillis missed Chiefs practice Wednesday with the ankle injury that kept him out Week 4 against the Chargers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Peyton Hillis sat out Kansas City Chiefs practice Wednesday while recovering from the same ankle injury that held him out Week 4 against the San Diego Chargers, according to the injury report on the Chiefs' official site. There is no official word yet on his status for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Impact: The Chiefs' running game will roll along just fine with a heavy dose of Jamaal Charles and a bit of Shaun Draughn and Cyrus Gray sprinkled in. Don't expect the Chiefs to be in any hurry to rush Hillis back. Once healthy, he could have a tough time carving out a significant role for himself. If you have Hillis on your roster, it better be because you need him as a handcuff to Charles.
