Owen Daniels Limited in Practice, Fantasy Stock Still High For Week 5

Owen Daniels showed up on the injury report with a thigh issue. We break down the fantasy implications.

Houston kept Owen Daniels limited in practice on Thursday with a thigh injury, but barring any setbacks he should be good to go on Monday night against the Jets. Daniels has scored a touchdown in two straight weeks now.

Fantasy Impact: With Joel Dreesen playing in Denver this year, Daniels seems to be a big target for Matt Schaub once again. He has 19 catches for 232 yards through the first quarter of 2012. Now on pace for a career-high 76 receptions, Daniels looks like a viable fantasy starter after experiencing several mediocre seasons in recent years. Check on his status closer to Monday night, but anticipate another start from the Texans No. 1 tight end.
