New Orleans Saints wide receiver Lance Moore has been ruled out for Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Lance Moore has been ruled out for Sunday's game because of a hamstring injury. Moore has not practiced this week after catching seven passes for 67 yards in last weekend's loss to the Green Bay Packers. The Saints host the San Diego Chargers on Sunday night.
Fantasy Impact: Moore will be tough to replace in the passing game, especially after he was targeted 15 last week by Drew Brees against Green Bay. Moore is not an elite fantasy receiver but could have been a good start during the bye weeks. Joe Morgan or Devery Henderson could see an increase in playing time this week but expect most passes to go toward Jimmy Graham and Marques Colston.
