St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola is expected to miss six to seven weeks because of a dislocated clavicle, a source tells NFL reporter Adam Caplan. Amendola injured himself in the first half of Thursday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals diving trying to make a catch. The report supports a statement made by general manager Les Snead, who told ESPN.com that he expected Amendola to be able to play again this season.
Fantasy Impact: This is a mixed blessing for Amendola owners. It's good that he could come back again later in the season but not everyone will have the roster depth or an IR spot to keep him during the bye weeks. He's worth keeping around for owners with roster flexibility, otherwise it's time to let him go and find a player who can help right away.
