Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski were among the dozen Patriots marked questionable on Friday's injury report. We break down the fantasy implications.

Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski have been marked questionable for Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos, according to Shalise Young of the Boston Globe. Hernandez is recovering from an ankle injury suffered in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals. Gronkowski is dealing with a hip injury.

Fantasy Impact: Though both players carry questionable designations, they don't exactly have equal fantasy prospects. Gronkowski was able to play through the injury last week against the Buffalo Bills, and would be a surprise scratch if he doesn't suit up against the Broncos. On the other hand, Albert Breer reported Thursday that Hernandez is a "virtual certainty" to miss Week 5. Hernandez owners should look to Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks for his return.
