Jamaal Charles got an incredible 30 rushing attempts against the Ravens in Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.
Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles had another huge game in Week 5. Against the Baltimore Ravens, Charles had 30 carries for 140 yards, including 125 in the first half alone. He added three catches for 21 yards as the Chiefs went on to lose 9-6.
Fantasy Impact: The Chiefs made no bones about their gameplan - they wanted to take the ball out of Matt Cassel's hands. Kansas City ran the ball a ludicrous 50 times against just 18 passing attempts, and dominated time of possession. Charles looks to be 100% after tearing his ACL last season, and he's once again one of the best fantasy backs in the league. With huge questions at QB, look for the Chiefs to continue riding Charles against the Bucs next week.
