Roddy White was overshadowed by Tony Gonzalez and Julio Jones in the Atlanta Falcons 24-17 victory over the Washington Redskins. We break down the fantasy implications.
Roddy White caught four passes for 68 yards in the Atlanta Falcons 24-17 win over the Washington Redskins on Sunday. White was overshadowed by great performances from teammates Tony Gonzalez and Julio Jones.
Fantasy Impact: It may have been a comparatively slow day for White, but he still managed 68 yards receiving, so he wasn't completely invisible. Between White, Gonzalez, Jones, and RB Michael Turner sometime there aren't enough touchdowns to go around for the Atlanta Falcons. White couldn't back up his 169 yard, 2 TD performance from Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers, but he was still productive with Redskins top corner DeAngelo Hall on him all day. When 68 yards is considered a slow day, you know you are dealing with one of the top receivers in the league. White, as always, is a must-play against the Oakland Raiders next week.
