Jake Locker has been ruled out for TNF as Matt Hasselbeck gets the start again. We break down the fantasy implications.
Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been ruled out for Thursday Night Football against the Pittsburgh Steelers, reports Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. Matt Hasselbeck will get the start for a second straight week.
Fantasy Impact: There was no chance of Locker coming back on the short week, so the Titans are eyeing Week 7 against the Bills for his return. Against the Vikings in Week 5, Hasselbeck completed 60.5% of his passes for 200 yards, one TD and a pick. He now has three TDs and three INTs in relief of Locker. His fantasy value remains low, as the veteran is clearly in the twilight of his career. I don't recommend starting him against the Steelers defense this week.
