Will the Packers tight end play this week and will he produce if he does? We break down the fantasy implications.
Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley (shoulder) was limited during Thursday practice and it's possible that this injury could still linger into Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Finley has not missed a game this season and is questionable.
Fantasy Take: Maybe no player has been more frustrating over the last few years than Finley, who has been built up as 'elite' despite not consistently performing for even close to a full season yet in his career. He is on pace for 56 catches and 530 yards. He hasn't caught a touchdown since Week 1 and that was also the last time he caught more than four passes.
The Cardinals have shut down tight ends pretty consistently this year too, holding Vernon Davis to two catches for 34 yards last week. Finley looks like a bad play this week, as he has for basically the entire season.
