Mike Goodson has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Ravens. We break down the fantasy implications.
Oakland Raiders RB Mike Goodson (ankle) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Goodson left last Sunday's Week 9 game with a high ankle sprain and did not practice at all this week. There is no timetable for his return.
Goodson has been a non-factor in the Raiders' run game this season, with just 17 carries for 111 yards, 14 receptions for 173 yards and one total TD.
Fantasy Impact: Goodson has a reputation for being a slow healer, so there's no telling when he'll be back this season, if ever. He can be safely dropped in all fantasy leagues.
With Darren McFadden also out, Marcel Reece and Taiwan Jones will split the workload in the backfield. Reece is a much safer fantasy play this week, particularly in PPR leagues.
