Marcel Reece injury update: Has good fantasy PPR value this week

Ezra Shaw

Marcel Reece is probable for Week 10 against the Ravens. We break down the fantasy implications.

Oakland Raiders FB Marcel Reece (hamstring) is officially listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Reece popped up on the injury reports with a minor hamstring issue, but he got a full week of practice in and is ready to go. With Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson both ruled out, Reece will split snaps with Taiwan Jones.

Reece isn't a running option, having just one carry. His real value is in the passing game, where he has 26 catches for 272 yards and one TD.

Fantasy Impact: Jones is expected to get the bulk of the snaps in running situations. Reece isn't much help in standard fantasy leagues, but PPR leagues should be coveting him this week. Consider him a low-end flex option, with Jones being a true roll of the dice.
