Rob Gronkowski is active for Sunday's game between the Patriots and the Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rob Gronkowski is active for Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills. Gronkowski has been limited in practice for several weeks due to a hip injury, but has yet to miss a game this season.

Gronkowksi has 43 receptions for 580 yards and seven touchdowns through eight games played. He is coming off a 146-yard, two-touchdown game against the St. Louis Rams in Week 8.

Fantasy Impact: Gronkowski remains a must-start in every fantasy format. With Aaron Hernandez out yet again as he struggles to come back from an ankle injury, Gronkowski has no competition for targets at the tight end position. He is arguably the best player at his position in the league.

Gronkowski has a prime matchup this week, going up against a Bills secondary that has given up 16 passing touchdowns on the season.
