Wes Welker and Brandon Lloyd have been marked active for the Patriots' game against the Bills on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Wes Welker and Brandon Lloyd have been marked active for Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills. Both wide receivers were limited in practice throughout the week. Welker is dealing with an ankle injury, while Lloyd has a knee issue.
Neither player has missed a game this season, despite both having been listed as questionable several times. Welker and Lloyd are expected to play a full slate of snaps for the Patriots on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: As usual, you should have no issues with deploying Welker and Lloyd this week. Bill Belichick has been marking his key players as questionable since the beginning of the season, when in reality they should be considered probable.
Both wideouts have an excellent matchup this week, going up against a Bills secondary that is surrendering an average of 248 yards and two touchdowns through the air per game.
