Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen is having an excellent day for the Panthers and fantasy owners.
Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen is putting up big numbers against the Denver Broncos. Olsen has caught nine passes for 102 yards and two touchdowns on 10 targets.
With the Panthers trailing 36-14, Olsen has been the only bright spot for Carolina and has provided all of their offense in the Week 10 battle with the Broncos.Olsen caught the first score of the game with a four yard touchdown reception in the first quarter and found the end zone again in the fourth quarter on a five yard pass from Cam Newton.
Olsen is putting up his best performance of the season. Coming into the game against the Broncos, he had only recorded 34 receptions for 395 yards and one touchdown on the season through the Panthers first eight games. With two touchdowns against Denver, he has more touchdowns on Sunday than he had previously caught all season.
Fantasy owners hope this is a sign of things to come from Olsen for the remainder of the season.
