Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson had another huge game as the Vikings beat the Lions 34-24.
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson had a big day as the Vikings beat the Lions 34-24 on Sunday. Peterson was a workhorse for the Vikings, with 27 carries for 171 yards and a touchdown, he also had three receptions for five yards.
Peterson scored on a 61-yard carry in the fourth quarter that put the Vikings up 31-17.
Fantasy Impact: Peterson is on fire this season, especially over the last four weeks. In his last four games Peterson has gone for 153, 123, 182 and now 171 yards with at least one TD in each game. He is over 1,000 yards on the season and is showing no signs of a sprained ankle.
There is no question that Peterson is a top RB1 and should be in your lineup every single week. He seems to get better each week and next week's bye should only help him get healthier.
