Tony Gonzalez blows up Saints D in Week 10: Fantasy Implications

Chris Graythen

Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez had a huge impact performance in Week 10. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez had a very involved role in his team's Week 10 bout with the New Orleans Saints. In a fight for supremacy in the NFC South, the Falcons and Saints faced off in a hard-fought, highly competitive game.

Gonzalez had a significant impact, accounting for 122 yards and two touchdowns on 11 grabs. On a stacked offensive team, the savvy veteran led the day in receiving.

Fantasy Analysis: Tony Gonzalez is in a very advantageous position when it comes to fantasy. The strength of the Falcons is their passing game -- it's their bread and butter. And with one of the better stables of weapons in the league, Atlanta does not hesitate to go to the air.

While defenses are fixated on the likes of Roddy White and Julio Jones, they are left forgetting future Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez. Continue to start No. 88 on a week-to-week basis.
