Ahmad Bradshaw had 57 yards rushing on 10 carries and 14 yards receiving on three receptions during the New York Giants' loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Andre Brown had a much bigger day, picking up 65 yards and a touchdown on seven carries and 29 yards on five receptions.
Bradshaw was at least effective, averaging over 5.0 yards per carry for the second time this season. Brown has now rushed for a touchdown in four straight games. He had his most yards rushing since Week 3.
Fantasy Impact: The timeshare favored Brown this week, who scored from two yards out of the goal-line in the fourth quarter. It's hard to like Bradshaw's fantasy prospects going forward as long as the two backs continue to see roughly equal touches with Brown the preferred option near the goal-line.
Assuming Bradshaw heals up a bit during next week's bye, he should in theory see a larger workload in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers. That may not happen in practice, however. For now, consider Brown the back to own between the two.
