Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has a lower back strain. We break down the fantasy implications.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has a lower back strain and his status for Week 11 has not yet been determined, coach Andy Reid said on Monday. Maclin had eight catches for 93 yards and a touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys but Reid said Maclin was sore after the game.
The eight catches were a season-high for Maclin. The Eagles face the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: The Eagles haven't decided if Michael Vick (concussion) or Nick Foles will start in Week 11 but Maclin could benefit of Foles keeps looking his way. The Redskins figure to be a good fantasy matchup for Maclin, who has dropped to a No. 3 fantasy wide receiver in most formats.
Maclin will likely stay in that range for Week 11 but could still turn in a decent fantasy outing if he's healthy.
