Marcel Reece was in for 58 of the Raiders 75 offensive snaps in Week 10, while Taiwan Jones saw action on just six plays against the Ravens. Dennis Allen said after the game that ball security and injuries are a concern with Jones, likely leading to his limited playing time.
Rookie Jeremy Stewart even saw more snaps than Jones. Jones finished with just three touches on the afternoon.
Fantasy Impact: The common conception prior to Week 10 was that Jones would be the workhorse on the ground for the Raiders. Obviously Allen and his staff chose to go a completely different direction.
Reece picked up 48 yards on 13 carries, also adding 56 yards on seven receptions. He is worth a flex play in PPR leagues if Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson continue to miss time.
