Brian Hartline, Jabar Gaffney practice fully Monday: Fantasy implications

Mike Ehrmann

Brian Hartline and Jabar Gaffney were full participants in practice Monday for the Miami Dolphins. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brian Hartline and Jabar Gaffney were full participants in practice Monday for the Miami Dolphins. Hartline was limited in practice two weeks ago with a groin injury, while Gaffney is apparently dealing with a knee issue. The Dolphins' No. 4 receiver, Marlon Moore, was also a full participant despite a neck injury.

All three players are expected to suit up for Thursday night when the Dolphins take on the Buffalo Bills. Hartline led the Dolphins in receiving last week with eight receptions for 79 yards against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Impact: It's Hartline and Davone Bess, then everyone else in terms of fantasy relevant options in the Dolphins' receiving corps. Gaffney has effectively taken over the No. 3 spot on the depth chart, but has just four receptions off of 10 targets to show for it over his last three games.

Ryan Tannehill threw three interceptions to zero touchdowns against what was supposed to be an awful Titans' secondary, so it's hard to know what to make of the fantasy prospects for him and his receivers going forward. Ostensibly, the Bills are great matchup this week for owners, however.
