DeMarco Murray injury update: Fantasy value in question with game day status

Layne Murdoch

Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray is listed as doubtful for Week 11. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray was listed as doubtful for the team's Week 11 match-up with the Cleveland Browns. This is progress, considering this is the first time the team has not ruled Murray out since he sprained ankle.

It does not look like Murray will play and if he somehow does, it's uncertain what kind of workload he would even receive.

Fantasy Analysis: Murray is not someone to depend on this week in fantasy football. Owners should be lucky enough to get him back with a few games left in the season, but it doesn't look like he'll be much help in Week 11.

With his caliber of play when healthy, Murray would be a top-producing fantasy back if he could manage to stay off the injury report. These kind of questions about his durability are going to cause him to lose value in fantasy leagues everywhere.
