Bilal Powell injury update: Will play but has low fantasy upside

Robert Mayer-US PRESSWIRE

Bilal Powell is questionable for Week 11 against the Rams. We break down the fantasy implications.

New York Jets RB Bilal Powell (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams. Powell was knocked out of last week's Seahawks game with a concussion, but ESPN's Rich Cimini has reported that he will suit up this week.

Powell has struggled with injuries this season--he missed two games with an ankle sprain--to the tune of just 35 carries for 138 yards and zero TDs.

Fantasy Impact: Powell was once considered a fantasy sleeper behind the plodding Shonn Greene, but that ship has now sailed. New York's offense remains a flaming car wreck.

If you're one of the few Greene owners, you could stash Powell as a handcuff. Otherwise, stay far away.
