Isaac Redman left Sunday night's game with a concussion. We break down the fantasy implications.

Isaac Redman made an early exit on Sunday night with a concussion. He will not return for the second half against the Ravens, leaving Jonathan Dwyer and Rashard Mendenhall to handle the workload in the backfield.

Dwyer has five carries for 15 yards while Mendenhall has three carries for just eight yards after the first half.

Fantasy Impact: Mike Tomlin has expressed interest in riding the hot hand in recent weeks, so Dwyer might be seeing more action coming out of the locker room. He's finding more room to run right now, but neither back is making much of an impact on the ground.

The Steelers continue the constant carousel of injuries among their running backs. Redman left after just one carry for five yards.
