Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner saved his team from a would-be loss in Week 11. On Sunday versus the Arizona Cardinals, the Falcons turned the ball over 5 times and could not find the end zone. With a tight game throughout, the Falcons finally broke the plane with a 1-yard Michael Turner rushing touchdown.
It was the offense's only touchdown of the game and it was enough to seal the deal. It's not every week the Falcons depend on their ground game for points.
Fantasy Analysis: Michael Turner finished with 46 rushing yards and a touchdown. It was not a huge day for the Falcons running back, but considering the state of the game, it was a miracle Turner managed anything. The good thing about Turner is that he operates out of a very productive overall offense.
This game was also a wake up call for the Falcons who realized Turner is a valued member of this team. It wouldn't be surprising to see them go with a more balanced attack from here on out, resulting in more touches for Turner.
