Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson missed practice on Friday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson missed practice on Friday as a precaution, according to coach Leslie Frazier. Peterson is expected to play on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks but Frazier said Peterson's ankle felt sore on Wednesday.
Peterson has not missed any game time this season because of the lingering ankle injury. He had 15 carries for 123 yards a touchdown in the Week 8 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Fantasy Impact: It's becoming less of a concern when Peterson doesn't practice as it's happened a number of different times this season. Fantasy owners will take it as long as he's getting his carries and chances to score close to the end zone.
Peterson is again a No. 1 fantasy option this week at running back in Week 9.
