Matt Forte had just 63 rushing yards as the Bears played from behind most of the game. We break down the fantasy implicatons.
It was a night to forget for the Chicago Bears and RB Matt Forte. Against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, Forte managed just 63 rushing yards on 20 carries and added four yards on three receptions.
Forte could never get going against SF's vicious defense and didn't get any help from Jason Campbell's horrific play, as the Bears got stomped 32-7 in an embarrassing performance.
Fantasy Impact: Forte was behind the eight-ball from the start of the game, when the Niners took a quick 17-0 lead and never looked back.
Forte has struggled with Jay Cutler out, but he should see better fantasy days in Week 12 against the Vikings. Fantasy owners shouldn't panic and bench him yet.
