Jason Campbell does nothing to inspire fantasy merit

Jason Campbell is really bad at football. We break down the fantasy implications.

Chicago Bears QB Jason Campbell pulled off the impossible on Monday night--by making Bears fans pine for Caleb Hanie. Against the San Francisco 49ers, Campbell was absolutely miserable, completing 14 of 22 passes for only 107 yards, one TD and two INTs, for a 52.7 QB Rating.

With Campbell dragging the whole offense down, the Bears lost in a huge blowout 32-7.

Fantasy Impact: Boy do the Bears miss Jay Cutler. Their offense ground to a complete halt with the ineffective Campbell out there staring down reads and refusing to move in the pocket.

Fantasy owners shouldn't bother with Campbell, and I pity anyone who started him this week. Expect Cutler back soon.
