Michael Vick not yet cleared to return: Fantasy implications

Elsa

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick (concussion) has not been cleared to return to practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has still not been cleared after suffering a concussion in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. Vick on Wednesday was able to go to team meetings and a walkthrough but did not practice.

Nick Foles started in place of Vick in last weekend's loss to the Washington Redskins. Foles threw for 204 yards and two interceptions in his first career start. The team has not announced who will start on Monday against the Carolina Panthers.

Fantasy Impact: It's hard to see Vick getting the start in Week 12, even though coach Andy Reid has said that Vick would start if he's cleared to play. The Eagles were thinking about a switch even before the concussion and Foles will likely get another chance in Week 12.

Foles, however, has no fantasy value in most formats and should only be owned in dynasty or keeper leagues.
