Steven Jackson held out of Wednesday's practice: Fantasy Implications

Dilip Vishwanat

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson had a day of rest on Wednesday. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson was held out of Wednesday's practice, via Tony Softli. It was more of a day off than anything -- TE Lance Kendricks received the same treatment.

Jackson is healthy and ready to go versus the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12. The Rams will have a rested Steven Jackson at their disposal in what should be a physical division game.

Fantasy Analysis: Steven Jackson has been a main source of the Rams total offense this season. In a year of uncertainty, Jackson has been running hard for the team. If you own Jackson, continue to start him as a viable RB2 in all fantasy formats.

The Rams should be able to get it going on the ground against a familiar foe in the Cardinals.
