Matt Ryan injury update: Non-throwing finger fine, high fantasy value in Week 12

Kevin C. Cox

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is probable for Week 12. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was held out of Wednesday's practice with a finger injury on his non-throwing hand. The Falcons QB is expected to be fine for the team's upcoming match-up versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Ryan will be good to go in Week 12. And after throwing 5 picks a week ago, Ryan will be looking to rebound against the league's worst pass defense.

Fantasy Analysis: Ryan has been electric for most of the season. The Falcons rely depend on his ability to push the ball downfield multiple times a game and it pays dividends for fantasy owners.

Despite the injury to his non-throwing hand, consider Ryan a QB1 in all fantasy formats. He could have a huge performance this Sunday versus the Bucs.
