Fred Jackson is listed as probable for Sunday's game between the Bills and the Colts, and is expected to play after being held out last week with a concussion. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fred Jackson is listed as probable, and is expected to play for the Buffalo Bills in Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts. Jackson missed last week's game against the Miami Dolphins with a concussion, but was cleared to play this week after passing baseline testing.
Bills head coach Chan Gailey has already named C.J. Spiller the starter at running back out of the offensive backfield, however. Spiller is expected to see the majority of touches, with Jackson serving in a change-of-pace role.
Fantasy Impact: If Jackson is healthy, he is usually a pretty safe starting fantasy option. With the coaching apparently making the decision to roll with Spiller (finally), Jackson is hard to recommend, however. He is a desperation Flex option this week only, going up against a Chargers run defense giving up just 3.8 yards per carry on the year.
