What will Minnesota do without their top playmaker? We break down the fantasy implications.
Minnesota Vikings receiver/runner Percy Harvin is officially inactive for Week 12 against the Chicago Bears. This news has been expected, and Harvin will now officially miss his second game this season. Harvin is overwhelming the leading receiver for Minnesota with 677 yards, more than twice as many as yards as any other Vikings receiver.
He also has 22 carries for 97 yards.
Fantasy Take: Jarius Wright will start Sunday after grabbing three catches for 65 yards and a touchdown in his debut. Wright is not as capable as Harvin, and the Vikings are taking on the No. 1 defense in the NFL, so just steer clear of Christian Ponder and Wright.
Adrian Peterson is still a must-start, as always.
