Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas rushed for a combined 143 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's game between the Dolphins and the Seahawks. We break down the fantasy implications.
Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas rushed for a combined 143 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's game between the Miami Dolphins and the Seattle Seahawks. Bush has 14 carries for 87 yards and a score, with Thomas pitching in 60 yards off nine carries with another score.
Bush got the better end of the timeshare for the first time since Week 9 against the Indianapolis Colts. It was Bush's best day rushing since Week 2, and Thomas' best day rushing since Week 3.
Fantasy Impact: Bush and Thomas finally got on track together, and it came in an unlikely week. The Seahawks had been giving up a respectable 4.3 yards per carry for just over 100 yards rushing per game on the season.
Whether this means much for their fantasy prospects going forward remains to be seen. They had been rather anemic until this week. Consider both backs Flex options at best going forward, despite their solid performance Sunday.
