Russell Wilson had the best game of his rookie year in a heartbreaking loss. We break down the fantasy implications.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson had an inspired performance in Week 12. Against the Miami Dolphins, Wilson completed 21-of-27 passes for 224 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions, good for a 125.9 QB Rating.

Wilson was on fire in the game, completing 16 straight passes at one point. Unfortunately, his valiant effort went for naught as the Seahawks fell 24-21 in a crushing road loss.

Fantasy Impact: Wilson was one of my top targets for a waiver pickup this week, and he delivered. The rookie is coming on lately, but he's still not putting up the kind of numbers you want out of a QB1.

Wilson faces the tough Bears defense in Week 13, and I recommend sitting him. He has a lot of promise, and keeper/dynasty owners should covet him, but re-draft leagues should look for more reliable options.
