Eli Manning is actually scoring touchdowns on Sunday Night Football. We break down the fantasy implications.
After failing to score a single touchdown in each of his last three games, Eli Manning came out firing in Week 12 against the Packers. Through nearly two quarters of play, he's completed 8 of 15 passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns.
The Packers' secondary is basically letting Manning do whatever he wants, while Aaron Rodgers is surprisingly struggling to finish some drives.
Fantasy Impact: Three scoreless weeks would likely deter a lot of owners. If you remained faithful to Manning this week, it looks like it's going to pay off. Who really expected him to be shutout for a fourth straight week?
Assuming Green Bay keeps it close, Manning will keep throwing the ball often throughout the night. The Giants don't want a repeat of Rodgers' soul-crushing comeback from last season.
