Fred Jackson earned more playing time against the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fred Jackson was in for 32 of the Bills offensive snaps in Week 12, while C.J. Spiller played 29 snaps against the Colts. According to Mike Clay, Jackson is the more trusted blocker, resulting in him leading the backfield in playing time.

Spiller rushed for 107 yards on 14 carries while Jackson gained just 16 yards on six carries.

Fantasy Impact: It's pretty clear who the better runner is. Spiller seems to explode for a huge gain every time he touches the ball. Jackson isn't a slouch in the run game, but he doesn't have the tools of his backfield counterpart.

The Bills are 3-0 when Jackson hasn't played in 2012. He obviously isn't the cause of every loss Buffalo suffers, but Spiller gives the offense more of a spark.
